Cocktail Recipe – Lavender Corpse Reviver

Lavender Corpse Reviver cocktail

The Lavender Corpse Reviver has been a popular menu staple in Notch8 Restaurant since its opening in 2015.
Re-invented in the 1930s by Harry Craddock at the Savoy Hotel in London, England, this classic cocktail was used in part as a hangover cure. Notch8’s addition of lavender enhances the natural botanicals of the gin, resulting in a mix that’s both delicate and still true to its name.
