Re-invented by Harry Craddock at the Savoy Hotel in London, England, the 1930’s classic cocktail was used in part as a hangover cure. The addition of lavender enhances the natural botanicals of the gin, resulting in a mix that’s both delicately sweet and still true to its name.

Ingredients
1ozEmpress 1908 Gin(or a brand of your choosing)
1ozCointreau
1ozLillet Blanc
1ozFresh Lemon Juice
1SpritzLavender Water Mist
1eaMaraschino CherryLuxardo brand, if possible
Ice
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, measure in spirits and juice.
Fill with ice, cap, and shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass.
Spray once with lavender mist, and garnish with a cherry in the bottom of the glass.
