Each week, Executive Pastry Chef, Eric Fernandez, churns a new bespoke flavour including tiramisu, salted watermelon, cinnamon doughnut, and cherry bourbon. Attentively producing the ice cream in small batches is key to getting perfect silky decadent results every time.
