Recipe – Notch8 Spice Rub

Notch8 is known for its succulent roasts. While a simple salt and pepper seasoning on meat can do the trick, this delicious spice rub recipe is one of Chef David’s favourite ways to instantly add complex flavour to a dish. A quick, easy and savoury spice rub for chicken, pork, beef, and fish that’s reminiscent of a southern-style blackening dry rub.
