Cocktail Recipe – Vancouver 2.0

 

Another popular classic in Notch8, the Vancouver 2.0 is a homegrown cocktail originating in the 1950s at the Sylvia Hotel. The city’s namesake drink marked the birth of the dynamic cocktail culture that’s still flourishing to this day.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/4 oz B&B
  • 2 Dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 ea Orange Peel Rope
  • Ice

Instructions

  • In a mixing glass, measure in spirits and bitters.
  • Fill 3/4 full with ice, and stir swiftly for 20 seconds.
  • Strain into a martini glass.
  • Garnish with orange peel rope, and enjoy!
