Turkey To-Go Warming Instructions

It's almost time to eat! Only a few simple steps before your Thanksgiving dinner is ready to serve. Follow along with Chef Danai Hongwanishkul as he takes you through the warming steps for your meal and provides his expert tips for carving the perfect turkey.

Instructions

  • Preheat conventional oven to 350°F/180°C. Appliances vary; heating time may need adjusting.

Fraser Valley Turkey

Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

  • Leave lid on, and place the container in the preheated oven.
  • Heat for approximately 40 minutes, or until warmed.

Honey Thyme Roasted Root Vegetables

  • Leave lid on, and place the container in the preheated oven.
  • Heat for approximately 40 minutes, or until warmed.

Preserved Fruitbread Stuffing

  • Leave lid on, and place the container in the preheated oven.
  • Heat for approximately 40 minutes, or until warmed.

Turkey Pan Gravy

  • Transfer gravy from container into a medium-sized saucepan.
  • Over medium heat on the stove, bring the gravy to a simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
