Turkey Pan Gravy
Transfer gravy from container into a medium-sized saucepan.
Over medium heat on the stove, bring the gravy to a simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
Carving A Whole Turkey
Cut around the wishbone which is closer to the head. Then, with your knife, go down the middle of the turkey cutting on either side of the bone, then down the breast bone, almost touching the bone so you don't waste any meat. Once it's cut through you can pull the whole breast off and set to the side.
For the legs, use your knife to make an incision along the bone between the breast and the leg. Once the cut is made, the leg and thigh should be able to be pulled off.
Once you have your cuts removed, they may be sliced for serving.
