The Vancouver Island Room is located on Hotel Vancouver’s Conference Floor and is accessible via the guest elevators or by ascending the Grand Staircase from the Lobby Level. The Pacific Foyer leads to the venue’s four entryways and may be utilized as a cocktail reception space between the ceremony and dinner, depending on the number of guests. The Vancouver Island Room’s north doors open onto the Pacific Foyer directly across from the Pacific Ballroom for a seamless connection. The room’s south doors lead into the British Columbia Ballroom.
